Instagram data

Disconnect Instagram in your Creator settings, or remove Creator in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete your Instagram connection, access token, username, follower and post counts, and post insights. You'll get a confirmation code.

TikTok data

Disconnect TikTok in your Creator settings, or remove Creator in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, then email us. We delete your TikTok connection, access token, profile info, stats, and video stats.

Your whole account

Email hello@joincreator.co from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your profile, connected accounts, and messages within 30 days. Records of completed deals and payments are kept only as long as tax law requires.
